Renaissance Aix-En-Provence Hotel

The hotel had everything we needed - spacious rooms, clean bathroom, and comfortable bed. The cafebar offered complimentary drinks and served Starbucks coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the City Centre and other attractions.

We had a fire alarm during our stay, but the staff at Renaissance handled it professionally and ensured everyone's safety. They quickly resolved the situation and kept guests informed throughout. The hotel is conveniently located near the central SNCF train station, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel. it is also in close proximity to the TGV station, providing convenience for guests traveling by high-speed train. Another advantage is its location in the center of Aix-en-Provence, allowing guests to easily explore the city's attractions. The rooms are spacious and modern, with plush drapery and floor-to-ceiling windows providing a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruit, breads, pastries, and cooked-to-order egg dishes. Guests also have access to the relaxing outdoor pool area and the spa facilities.

One negative aspect mentioned in a review was a concierge who displayed reckless behavior while driving, reflecting poorly on the hotel.

This hotel was a luxurious experience! From the exclusive amenities to the high, end service, everything was top, notch. the Spa & wellness centre was exquisite, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. the massage was relaxing, and the beauty treatment was rejuvenating. the outdoor swimming pool was the perfect place to catch some sun. the live entertainment was impressive, and the garden area was beautiful, with sun loungers to relax on. the restaurant served delicious, in, room breakfast, and the poolside snack bar offered tasty treats.

the heated swimming pool more than made up for it.
